If you have any issue, you can whatsapp the owner and he can help you with it. I have issue with my shoes and he inmediately come with a solution. I have gone for a tour with the couple and they have been very lovely, and it was a very fun trip! - If you wanna book for tour with other companies, there are a lot of travel agencies in just around the corner that can offer tours for you - You can use the washing machine so can save on laundry In overall, this apartment is perfect.
