Everything was so clean and well maintained that I was surprised to hear that we were not the first guests to this location. All appliances were brand new, furniture was brand new, great TV & sound system, and all the bedrooms are in the basement, so it was just cool enough to get a great sleep every night. Layout is great, property owner is very responsive to any question I had. I came to Winnipeg for a family reunion and I’ll be staying here for the next event this summer!

Bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked, there were toiletries supplied such as shampoo and soap etc. Free wifi, full size fridge , cook top, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture in living room and 2 large bedrooms to choose from. There were board games supplied also!

The apartment was very warm, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It was in a quiet residential area and was right beside the bus stop I needed. I could not have wished for anything more.
