He also cares for a goat, Philomena, and other birds and small animals. The upstairs apartment where we stayed was comfortable, spacious, well stocked. Some wonderful little extras, fresh flowers sprinkled throughout, wine and a large sitting porch with great breezes to view toucans and other cool birds! We so enjoyed Ian’s tour around his property and learned so much. Definitely a highlight of our 3 week trip.
