From the moment we arrived till we left, the owners were so friendly and helpful, gave us lots of suggestions about the National Park, restaurants in the area, trying to organize a fishing trip. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful garden. We would definitely stay here again in our next trip!!!

The location cannot be better! It is quiet, safe yet just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants and Cahuita National Park. We took the great advice from other travelers to stay in Cahuita area rather than Puerto Viejo!! There are great restaurant options in Puerto Viejo but too busy and run down for our liking. We love our stay at Plaza Tucanito where allow us to explore beautiful beaches nearby and plenty of dining options in Cahuita town. Cahuita National Park is definitely a must visit! We went in the morning and saw tons of wildlife and enjoyed the calm and beautiful Playa Blanca! We also enjoyed Playa Grande en Cahuita : )

We loved it so much that we came back a few days later.

It is close to the bus stop, the restaurants and shops, and not far from the beach either. We were lucky being mostly alone in that beautiful garden (thanks to the low season in August). The place is so special with the local flora and fauna that we loved every minute there. The owner lives next to the apartments, and she is really caring. She cleans the flat every day and gives useful information about the possibilities. The restaurants around the apartment are amazing: Cahuita's taste being the best. You can clearly experience the 'pura vida' lifestyle there.

Quite, good location, close like 1 minute walk to big supermaket, 3 minute to the bus terminal, 15 minutes to the National Park enterence.

I really liked the quiet location yet proximity to everything (beach, town, supermarket, etc.). The place has a relaxing, artsy vibe and feels super safe. We felt like the room was plenty big and comfortable to accommodate our group of 4. Having a pool for the kids was essential. Also, having a fully equipped and functional outdoor kitchen was excellent! We were able to easily make our own meals. All in all, super super happy!!! I would definitely stay at Cahuita Vibe again 😊
