There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The subway station was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway that we could use. I had to leave early for the airport, and the receptionist kindly booked a taxi for me. It cost around 11 USD and was very helpful.

They let us leave our bags in storage when we went to the Amazon. Twice we had to wait in Quito for night buses. They let us wait in the hotel after checkout which made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

Breakfast food provided, if there's anything else you need they will accommodate. Laundry service was great, great recommendations for restaurants and things to see in Quito. We stayed 3 nights, highly recommend.
