Beautiful, charming chalets in a safe, charming mountain town. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. Outside doesn't look like the inside so we thought we were lost despite being literally outside the front door so trust your nav...you're there. We arrived late so, our fault not theirs. Hosts are wonderful and helpful, secure parking right outside your door and the chalets look brand new and are very comfortable. A convenient stroll to everything in this beautiful town. Breakfast was delicious.

The subway station was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway that we could use. I had to leave early for the airport, and the receptionist kindly booked a taxi for me. It cost around 11 USD and was very helpful.

Laundry available and excellent breakfast for good price. Really recommend this place for a stay around Quito Norte.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower has a good pressure with hot water. The location was nice, street in front gets busy in rush hours but it gets quiet after 8pm. There was a laundry room with two washers and two dryers in the building for free of charge so it was very helpful because we got some dirty clothes from the hikes in rain .It locates in a safe area and there are many good restaurants and supermarkets within 5 -10mins walking distance. We walked around late at night a couple of times and never felt unsafe. We'll stay here again for sure next time we come back.
