Short version: an absolutely welcoming and beautiful location with great staff comfortable rooms and well.. just read the long version! I loved it. Location: Strategically located close to Laguna, a beautiful beach during the day and night yet spitting distance from Dahabs center of town with restaurants, bars, markets etc. There is also a gym just around the corner for the fitness nuggets. The property itself is kept in a beautiful state and there are continuous efforts to improve it further. The spacious roof top terrace offers amazing views of the ocean, mountains, Dahab and the more open south and is designed to feel comfortable and at home, to chill with friends or by oneself. Rooms: my room was an appartmentstyle room with a living room, sleeping room and bathroom. It’s comfortable, clean and practical with its own balcony a lot of seating options and great working facilities. Of course there is an AC for those who need it, hot water showers and toilet that works great. What I particularly liked and honestly haven’t experienced anywhere else before is that you are in charge of what happens to your room and when. Let me explain: the staff won’t enter your room unless you ask them to clean or change bedsheets or towels etc.. now I get it that for people who have a more hotel like service in mind this might feel strange, but I honestly feel it provides additional freedom which is otherwise sometimes missing. In other words, if you want your room cleaned and sheets changed every day, they will happily do so, yet if you are fine with cleaning just every other day or whenever it fits your schedule the most (where the freedom comes in) that is fine too, so it supports the home away from home feeling of being able to fully relax in your room without having to expect the knock from room service on the door. In other words just another aspect that gives you control over your stay for it to be the way you prefer it.

This is a great hotel. All the staff are very friendly and everything is perfect. The breakfast is delicious and it is very convenient to travel. I will definitely come back to stay again.

The staff is simply amazing! Always ready to help, to support, and always smiling. Rooms are spatious, so well designed. The salt wall is a master piece! Sleeping at night hearing only the sound of the sea, the waves and wind, is a therapy by itself! Will be back!

The facilities are excellent with 2 great pools and everything you need on site. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with strong wifi and is a perfect location. A taxi was even organised by Ahmed to take us to the airport. He was very helpful. So convenient. Absolutely everything you need. Mohamed the owner went above and beyond and helped us when we were in a real spot of trouble. We had mislaid our passports and were flying home that day. He drove us in his own car to pick the passports up and back. He is truly a hero in our eyes and a true gentleman. He also has a beautiful family so is a man you can truly trust. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly highly recommend :-)

The atmosphere of the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing! I liked the "Herrmes" cafe and pool area a lot, the lady there was very nice to me, she made a great coffee and food. The room was nice and well prepared. Everywhere is clean and cozy, taken care of, stuff is friendly and willing to help🙌 I really had a good rest here👌
