There is a park right outside for the children and shops nearby! It was a really lovely stay and good way to refresh. Paul had put in little bits of refreshments like butter and jam which the kids loved! It was amazing.

There was some milk, biscuits and chocolates left for our arrival which was a lovely touch as was the board games/dvd's in the reception area.

Another stone house village of many we passed through. We were hugely surprised with the apartment above the pub. It was newly renovated, huge, very quiet (because of the thick walls) and had a great kitchen and the best shower of our trip around the UK. Highly recommended!!! The pub was quaint and had fabulous meals.

Located in Matlock, 12 km from Chatsworth House, Matlock Glamping Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Featuring bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with DVD player. The apartment has family rooms. I had the pleasure of staying at Matlock Glamping Rooms for a number of weeks. The property was always spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout. A nice balance between modern facilities and original features. The accomodation has every amenity you could possibly need, including thoughtful extras such as crumpets, biscuits and milk. The hosts were fantastic and welcoming, and always available to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the whole experience stress-free.
