Extremely sweet little house with great style, super clean and cozy. Laura had been very attentive and helpful at any time. Bathroom is well equipped and nicely designed.

Our host who lives in a separate home on the property was friendly, helpful, and not intrusive. The rural setting was beautiful. Our studio apartment was modern, tastefully appointed, and immaculate. (There are two attached studios which may be rented separately or together.) Very comfortable bed and great shower. Light breakfast of individually packaged cereal, toast, and biscuits, coffee/tea, and orange juice. Small cafe serving full English breakfast a short walk away. Just outside the entrance to the property is a public footpath leading to the River Wey. Our son and his family live close by. It was a perfect place to stay.

This is my second stay at this property. It is ideal for my needs. The village is walking distance & the location is safe and the bed is SO comfortable. I will be booking again when I return in 2026. It's great value if you are looking for a 2 bed - I am a solo traveler but still it is great value. Highly recommended

The apartment is definitely a luxury property. The spaces are immaculately kept and the host has thought of all the little details. It was a beautiful space to stay in.

I loved this little cottage in the countryside. It was quaint and just perfect for a couple. One of the best places we have stayed. Spotlesslessy clean. Quiet beautiful and soulful. The bed was really comfortsble. It is a small cottage but more than e ough space to small. There is no lounge area. But we toured and really just needed a place to rest

Wonderful stay at this apartment, very convenient location a few minutes walk from Horley station. The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable and provided everything I needed.

Truly Exceptional! From the moment I stepped inside this charming retreat, I knew it was something special. The host went above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. The space is not only beautiful, but it’s also incredibly well thought-out, with every little detail taken care of. The décor is stylish, cozy, and welcoming, blending modern touches perfectly. The living area was bright and airy, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Oh did I mention the 100% eqyptian cotton towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials minus kitchen tissue roll but that was absolutely no problem – There was also fresh milk and a chilled water bottle in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. The location is peaceful, but close enough to explore both the city and the surrounding nature. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of character. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the host. Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they made sure everything went smoothly during check in and out. A host who genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re considering booking, do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate – this place is a hidden gem!
