If you forgot what relaxation feels like please visit them: combination of Donoussa awesome beaches, 5-7min workout up the hill and the view does something to your nervous system. It's magical. Day 1: you hate the hill Day 2: you hate yourself for not being able to breath up the hill Day 3: you're kinda getting used to it, no turning back now... Day 5: you're fine walking from beaches and shops with a watermelon up the hill. Multiple times After Restia: your heart is stronger, you walk miles on flat surfaces so much easier, no hill is intimidating for you, you remember how to breath and smile taking one day at a time
