The apartment is just accross the port and very easy to access. There are a lot of nice restaurants just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The owner, Ms. Aneza is a very nice person, she greeted us on the port already, and was always responsive and very helpful anytime we need something. The view from balcony is fabulous with the sea view. We had a very comfortable stay as a family. We would stay again if we come back in future.

At the apartment complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. amazing apartment with many small details attentive and super helpful host they carried our luggages for free in both arrival and departure between the port and the house everything is new and high quality has everything you need (iron, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tables, coffee pods, coffee and filter for filter coffee, emergency kit etc) we loved our stay i think it's the best apartment we stayed in (and we travel a lot) great value for money paid when we asked for cleaning we got one on the same day (cleaning of apartment+ change of sheets and towels)

This was our second visit to Althea Apartments in Halki. This time we stayed in Althea 3 which was a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with excellent facilities and good wifi. We had a large terrace overlooking the garden. Fran and Archie met us at the port and were so kind and helpful to us during our stay. Halki is a beautiful small island and we will definitely be returning and staying at Althea Apartments.

The apartment was easy to find, using Google Maps, just a 10-minute walk from the ferry port. The key was in the door for our arrival. The studio was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated, with most things needed for basic self-catering. Useful items like bottled water, oil, vinegar, and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch. There are three small supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance, and a very good bakery about five minutes away. The location is very good — central, convenient, and mostly quiet overnight. The balcony offers lovely views and is a nice spot to sit and unwind with a drink each evening. One night, there was loud party noise from the harbour that went on until after 3 a.m, fortunately the double-glazed windows did a good job of blocking most of the sound. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the pillows could be better. Sofia, the host, was polite and generally responsive when needed. Pondamos Beach was a highlight of the stay. It’s just a 10-minute walk uphill from the port and well worth the effort. If you’re planning to spend time there, bringing your own beach umbrella is a good idea, as rentals are now 3 times the price we paid 3 years ago.

It had a lot of sun. The umbrella and lounge chairs were great. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. Thank you again for picking me up from the ferry and driving down my luggage on the day of departure. I had a wonderful stay and would return any time. Highly recommended.
