The guesthouse is cutely tucked inside a building up a gravel road. From the main road, turn onto the gravel road between Hotel Las Gardenias and La Puerta Coffee Lounge and the guesthouse is about 350 meters past. The room is quite basic, which is reasonable given the very affordable price. We enjoyed the coffee using the coffee machine both days. Good air conditioning.

From start to finish our hosts Milvia Pineda and Dethlev Cordts had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Fresh coffee, water, washing facilities, kitchen utensils, travel wash were all on hand. Great balcony area with stunning views. They had thought of everything. We decided to stay an extra day as it was so nice! Close to Tikal without the hustle and bustle of Flores. Made us feel like part of the family. On our last night the ladies cooked us fresh fish dinner with a bottle of wine. Great walk nearby at the Biotope. Can't recommend enough! There is a walk up a little hill to get there so bear this in mind! Well worth it for the sunsets swinging in the hammock! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ladies!
