Swift check in through a lockbox, in the morning a breakfast delivery to our room- toast and spreads, juice, coffee capsules, crossiants. We only had contact with the host via messages, but were provided all the information we needed. The location seems a little middle-of-nowhere-ish at first glance, but is a great base and starting point for Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia.

Unfortunately, we were only in transit for one night, but we fell in love with this beautiful house with its period décor. Everything was fantastic, from the incredibly kind owner to the delicious breakfast served like in a gourmet restaurant. We will definitely visit this place again and explore all the nearby tourist attractions. This time, we only saw a Buddhist stupa on a nearby hill. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again in the future.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of garden, ****Heviz Springs Apartments is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Hévíz, less than 1 km from Thermal Lake Hévíz. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with Xbox One. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Everything was great. We had a 2-rooms apartment with separate baths and small kitchen in one of the rooms. We enjoyed common living room too. Hosts were helpful and nice. The lake was about 10 minutes away. We did not explore any cafes as we bout food in nearby Spar. Breakfast was not very abundant, but tasty and fresh.

The owners are the next level of helpful! They picked us up from the train station, organised an early check in and dropped us back at the train station when vacation was over.
