I was welcomed with a complimentary drink, and Wolfgang explained to me everything I wanted to know about what to visit and Lombok in general. While we were discussing, he arranged to rent a scooter and for my car to the airport, which is very convenient, all logistics were managed by him. He serves excellent food at his restaurant, local and european dishes. Every Sunday he hosts barbecues or all you can eat events where expats from around and local people gather and socialise. As a solo traveler myself, he made sure I was integrated in the group and met great people and had a lot of fun. The apartment is huge, 2 big separate roms and 1 living with kitchen, with anything you need even for a permanent stay: AC, fans, dressings, storage for clothes, even a free big thank of water to drink. Very clean, cleaned every day. Nice view of the garden. I was looking for a quiet place, and was glad I found a perfect place for this. It's very close to the beach, 1 minute walking. Other beaches are close by: Senggigi (more touristy/crowded) at 10 minute drive and Nipah at 3 minutes (secluded, most of the time you have the whole beach for yourself).

I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and down to earth. The view is exceptional, the beds are really comfortable, there is a luxury bathroom, and there's good WiFi, so it's suitable for working remotely. The kitchen has everything you need as well. I visit kuta often and I'll go here again when visiting, because many other places are fine but less luxury. Everything is just really convenient at jaringan, everything works properly.

The people were very kind and shows us around Tetebatu. We saw stickfighting, waterfalls, ricefields, bamboocrafting, a very nice cooking class and so much more. On the way Budy explained a lot about the village and the nature. We got a lot of fruits that grows on the side of the road and his big garden. They are always willing to help you if you need anything. We really recommend Linkung Park.
