Location was excellent ... lots of amenities nearby ie. Carrefour for anything you might need and a Patisserie Bar for an excellent coffee and breakfast treat. Getting to and from the old town and the waterfront and great shopping and restaurants was fabulous. We parked our car and never used it again until we left Como ... Our hostess Elena was superb ... always communicated with us, met us at the property and showed us how everything worked and gave us so much helpful information to make our stay an awesome one. Her recommendations were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Como. Cheers, Betty

The bathroom is a good size and even has a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The apartment, even though on a busy street, is located in a different building in the inner yard. Therefore it’s very quiet. The appliances were new, everything was comfy and Mario was proactively communicating. I’d definitely book the apartment again.

場所は完璧。窓が開けられとても静かでした。駅から徒歩7分。オールドタウンの中にあって普通のアパートの1室を見事にリノベートした部屋です。わざと1部ペンキを塗り残した場所がアクセントになって、イタリア人のセンスの良さに見とれてしまいました。書かれてはいませんでしたが、朝食券がついていて、500メートルほど離れた路上のカフェでカフェオレとクロワッサンが食べられます。ブッフェなどを期待する方には物足りないかもしれませんが、私の理想の朝食がまさにこれなので大満足でした。ホテルの快適さとは全然別の、まるでイタリアの住人になったかのようなわくわく感があり特別な宿です。人に会わないと安心できないので、オフィースまで行ってチェックインのっ方法を聞いたのですが、彼らはとても親切で、単にシステムが若い人向きにできているのが問題なのだとおもいます。しかし、すべてが予想外の展開ですごく楽しみました。飛びぬけて素敵な宿です。
