The check-in process was incredibly friendly—Luca and Johan were waiting for us, explained everything we needed to know, and left us a well-organized guidebook with restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. The rooms exceeded all our expectations: they were spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. But the highlight was definitely the pool—one of the most beautiful we've ever seen, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The garden was also lovely, with plenty of space to relax in the shade and enjoy nature. Above all, Luca and Johan were exceptionally kind and made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

Comfortable bed and furnishings as well as state of the art mini kitchen and modern fixtures blended superbly with the ancient original building. First class.

San Feliciano was a nice small village. We spent 3 days and this was a great palce to travel around Umbria. The apartment was perfectly fitted with everything we need. There was a private parking place. Very much recommended.
