Nice and well decorated building. And great location - very close to the beautiful city center. We would like to come back one day.

Great location, on a quiet street close to the city center and train station. The owner is very friendly and arranged for an early check in for me so I could have some rest after a red eye flight. The room is well thought out and clean, and the bed comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The owner was waiting for me to give me the key, although I arrived in Parma late. He walked with me to the gated parking next door, showed me the code, walked me back to the entrance of the hotel, showed me the code for that. He walked me to my room, he showed me everything important. Very efficient and simple. The room had all amenities I needed and a nice view of the street. It was not big but the right size for a single traveler (got the smaller room). The parking charge is very good (5 euros) and the gentleman was kind enough to let me keep the car parked after check-out for few hours, so that I could see more of Parma. You can reach the river (and start of the old town) within 15 minutes on foot. My experience was excellent.

A very well equipped apartment, managed by an amazing, welcoming host, who was very helpful from the moment we first communicated. Very clean and spacious with a nice, small balcony. Walking distance to the historic center of Parma (20' by foot from Parco Ducale, which leads into the center). We parked right outside the building. There is also a nearby supermarket and a small shopping center, 4' away by foot.
