Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. We certainly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

Very newly updated, very clean and well designed. Thoughtful touches like an above average breakfast. Very friendly owners. Willing to make sure your stay meets your needs. Will come back. Close to a couple great wineries.

I loved the bathroom, the bed is very wide and comfortable,the kitchen is good equiped, a balcony where you can drink your morning coffee. The host is very nice and helpful.

Pitti Palace is 30 km from the apartment, while Strozzi Palace is 31 km from the property. Florence Airport is 37 km away. It was a beautiful area. The property was conveniently located in a nice little town and it was overlooking the beautiful view of the vineyard. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location if you want a nice relaxing vacation!

The location is perfect — peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, yet close to charming Tuscan towns like San Gimignano and Poggibonsi. Laura was incredibly warm and helpful from the beginning. She made us feel at home and provided great local tips for food, wine, and sightseeing. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved relaxing by the pool in the evenings, with a view over the rolling Chianti hills. Thank you Laura for making our Tuscan vacation truly unforgettable. We would absolutely love to come back!
