Trieste Port is 49 km from the apartment, while San Giusto Castle is 50 km from the property. Trieste Airport is 12 km away. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner had excellent restaurant suggestions (ask where to get boreto!) and told us about the annual procession to bring the statue of Mary to Barbana, which we would have missed otherwise. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We were on the Alpe-Adria Bike Trail and the apartment had a convenient storage for the bikes in the courtyard- you name it- Luigi our host thought of everything- outlet to charge e-bikes & tools too in case you needed anything.
