Open from December 2016, Aya Niseko boasts an open-air natural hot spring bath and provides direct access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski lifts. The Hotel very cozy and had a relaxed vibe. The staff were prompt and attentive. Parking slots were designated for the period of stay. The spa and Onsen were par excellence.

The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.

Yoshi, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to secure a reservation for us at a local restaurant. The house is nothing short of amazing, living up to the expectations set by the pictures. A standout feature for our group of 5 was the efficient washing machine that effortlessly washed and dried our clothes with a single button press – a convenience we cherished every day. Highly recommended for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

There was ample space to fit all 15 people with a huge kitchen and living room for us to comfortably cook and relax! That entire space was so beautiful, great views and great heating for those cold nights!! Andrew and Yamin made us feel very welcome and we loved how the whole place had a family vibe! The location was perfect, only a 10min drive from both Grand Hirafu and Annapuri. We also really appreciated how breakfast changed up every day to accomodate our dietary requirements and preferences! We had an absolutely amazing time and would definitely come back here!! Loved it!!!

Being out first holiday to Hokkaido we didn't know what to expect. We were exhausted after seeing Tokyo and our accommodation was perfect to relax and enjoy our holiday with family in Hokkaido. The perfect distance to have day trips to lake Toya, Otaru and local country sides. I image it is spectacular in winter and perfect for skying.
