Another part was their recommendation to do a tour of Sandwich Harbor with the tour guide, Gideon. Hands down an amazing experience with fresh oysters, champagne, and good eats while in the middle of the Namib desert. After we expressed a desire to sandboard, he ensured we had an amazing spot and prepared boards for multiple awesome rides. Then we enjoyed a spectacular Braai with everyone and it is something I will remember forever.
