Washing machine and all. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and if I brought my own pillow it would of been a perfect sleep, which I will bring next time I come. (Everyone has their special pillow) Glenn and Jordan are lovely, we enjoyed our conversations with them, and they were happy to go out of their way to help if you needed anything.

It was really easy to get to the property from the highway, but it was very quiet and there's a short 15 minute walk for groceries or takeout. Close to drive to the heart of town for good restaurants and nightlife. We used it as a base for Hobbiton and the glow worm caves as very central. The decor and attention to detail was unexpectedly nice - it's really cute and well done. Sewing kit, some food essentials, soap, etc. Very clean.
