They promised a squeaky clean property and they delivered. It's a great location only about 1/3 mile from center of Kona. With included parking it was easy to hop in the car to go exploring. We loved the lanai so much, we sat there with our morning coffee just loving the view! Thank you for such a lovely property.

We stayed here for the Ironman World Championships. I loved the location, as it offered a quieter option to all the chaos going on in Kona town proper during race week. But I can say with all honesty it was the best Airb&b I have ever stayed at. The host truly cares about the costumer. Providing everything you can possibly need for your stay at no extra charge. Everything from complimentary coffee, laundry soap, toiletries to having beach chairs/ umbrella and a cooler. Unit is very clean and modern. Host is very attentive to any needs you may have. Highly recommend.

The studio is large and cozy, everything was spotless, the bed large, the bathroom modern and charming, and the kitchenette well-equipped (including organic locally grown coffee and a variety of high-quality teas). There is a wonderful garden surrounding the apartment. But the real highlight was the hosts. Upon arrival, we were introduced to their cat (who happened to be celebrating his 13th birthday that day) and treated to delicious chocolate truffles and even half of their first homegrown dragonfruit of the season – which was absolutely delightful! Mahalo – you made our stay exceptional and made us feel truly welcome and at home. Fully recommended!
