Very comfortable apartment, very clean and very well maintained. The electrical appliances were in a high standard. The staff was helpful above and beyond what is expected. Great central location with everything needed in the area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a secure new building. The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

All the amenities were there. There is even A washer and dryer in the basement that you can use for a fee. Air conditioning in every room. It was very neat and clean. The neighborhood doesn’t seem very pleasant at first, but we never had any problems. The apartment is well located, only A 5 minute walk to the metrostation and then a 20 minute drive to Manhattan. There’s A very good foodmarket nearby the metro. We recommend this apartment.

L’hébergement Heavenly Stays se trouve à New York dans ce quartier : Upper East Side. We stayed 4 days and it was comfortable. There is one bed and one couch bed. Although we were 4 people there was almost enough space. It was relatively cheap and location was good (10 min walk to central park). And also it has a small kitchen and some kitchen utensils. You can always reach to owner of flat. He is trying to help all the time. We are glad we stayed here.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, with many nice restaurants, grocery stores, and small shops nearby. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the host was very friendly. The apartment is located about a 12-minute walk from the metro station. For me, this was a very good distance. In the same building and next door, there are two shops selling basic necessities. You'll also find several restaurants and breakfast places nearby. There's even a market with fresh fruit and vegetables near the metro station.
