Truly a relaxing and wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and outstanding service.

I stayed a month and so I was really grateful for the washing machine, kitchen, and daily room cleaning option:) The receptionist are absolute sweethearts and SO helpful with everything, any concern or question of mine was answered immediately and handled accordingly. Loved my stay here and highly recommend it👍

The building is super close to the beach, only 2min walk. It’s also close to some local food stores with reasonable prices. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. The pool is unbelievable, we loved it. The apartment is clean and modern, very convenient. I will stay here again when I come back to Da Nang next time.

We stayed one night at Shi House before going to Hoi An and liked it so much that we ended up coming back. The hotel is the same or better than in the photos (which is rare in Vietnam). Very clean, comfortable, Japanese style and with all the amenities one needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Nam, Thu, Thao, Thao assisted us on the nights we were there, very efficient and always with a smile. Totally recommendable when in DaNang.
