The studio apartment we got had a fantastic view from the top floor, spotlessly clean & very comfortable room. Our room attents were Umesh, Fayaz & Shameer who could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Full kitchen with washing machine & drying rack. The mall is very close & we walked to the beach a few times.

We loved the place! It felt immediately homey & comfortable. We were with 3 girls and we had each our own bed and 2 bathroom’s (and 3 toilets!!). The apartment was clean and it had all necessities. The apartment was nearby Dubai Marina and we walked within 10 minutes to the beach. It is very central. The biggest plus is that I had directly contact with the owner on Whatsapp. I asked for tips and help and he would react almost immediately. So friendly! My friends even liked the bodylotion and he gave us a bottle!! We had a pleasant vacation and the apartment was a great place to stay. Thank you! We will come back next time :)

I had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing stay in this recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. The apartment's modern design and attention to detail created a luxurious feel. The location is absolutely amazing. In front of the beach, the Bla Bla bar, the Blue Water island, the JBR promenade so full of clubs and restaurants and also close to Dubai Marina. The team managing the property were exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay without any kind of problems. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in Dubai, I highly recommend this gem in JBR. It exceeded all my expectations and made our visit truly special! Wifi was super fast, I never find a internet speed so fast, AC was working very well considering it's still very hot in dubai. Netflix and Disney+ are in the TV and complimentary.

This property was just renovated. Everything was super clean and had high standards. The property is very suitable for a large group. Every room has a smart TV the apartment has High speed internet and has a very well eqquppied kitchen. It is in best location of JBR and specially for a large group very convenient and low cost. Everything is near. Many super markets, beach, Marina, Tram station, many pools in the community. The owner, Schahin, is very responsive and helpful and just a message away. We had an amazing stay and for our next visit, this property will be our choice and will recommend it also to our friends and family. Thanks again for the great hospitality
