The hosts were the best, if I could give them more points in rating I 100% would. The girl in the reception was really helpful with everything and also so much friendly. She was greeting us with open hands and every time I was talking with she gives me smile on my face, because she was soooo positive. The accommodation was really cute and clean and that's important for me.

We spent 3 nights at Villa Adrian in Ksamil in September 2025, traveling as a family with our 7-year-old children. We were absolutely delighted with the service provided. The accommodation was very clean, with a housekeeper coming every day to tidy up the apartment and bring fresh towels, which we really appreciated. We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and served in the rooftop restaurant with a lovely view. The whole property is very well maintained, modern, and family-run, and every member of the family was kind and welcoming. The location, in my opinion, is perfect: about a 5–7 minute walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Ksamil, and only 2 minutes to the town center with cafés, restaurants, and a lively nightlife. Since it’s right in the center, it can be a bit noisy, but once the windows are closed, the sound doesn’t disturb. Around 1 a.m. everything quiets down, as the fun moves to the beach clubs, so the noise was never really a problem for us. Since we usually travel on a budget, we were very happy with the value for money. The accommodation was quite affordable, yet the service exceeded our expectations. We would gladly recommend Villa Adrian to other travelers.

An apartment is very clean and beds are comfortable.Bus stop is just 70m away and bis suoermarket 120m away..5 min walk to beautiful beaches. Highly recommend
