Beach rentals in Kri

Excellent food, great variety, plenty of it. Important thing where is no shops and restaurants. Terrace with breeze from the sea. Never hot to leisure or sleep. Great friendly staff.

Manager Sisi (i dont know how to spell her name) was absolutely perfect - she speaks english very good, so it makes everything easier. Thanks to her I had all infomation I needed before the trip. Accomodation is good, it is simple bungalow but you dont need anything “more fancy” if you going to Raja Ampat. Food was absolutely delicious - I was worried that maybe there won’t be enough food for all the guests and we will be hungry, but it was so far from the truth. We had 3 very tasty meals, fruit ans whole day there were also cookies, bread and spreads, bananas. So you wont be hungry here for sure. House reef is also very nice. We did one trip to Sauwandarek village which I totally recommend. Everything went smooth including our transfer and I can only recommend to stay here.

Loved our stay at Warahnus. Great diving with the staff - all locally owned and run. Beautiful location with a reef to snorkel right off the beach. Delicious food and beautiful, comfortable bungalows. Will be back! :)

The owner and all the staff were very kind and friendly. The bedroom was very spacious and clean, built with high-quality, sturdy materials. The decor was beautiful, and the view was amazing. There was a USB charger in the bedroom which was convenient for charge your mobile and camera. Electricity was available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and throughout the resort. The private bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was very strong. The housel reef was stunning—you could spend an entire week exploring it. Highly recommended!!

An amazing place—perhaps the best homestay in Raja Ampat. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The beautiful huts offer plenty of peace and privacy, while still providing the friendliness of the local village people. With only three huts in total, it feels intimate yet welcoming. Frances, with his enthusiastic and generous laugh, is proud and eager to show everything. Snorkeling trips with him were unforgettable. The accommodation is very spacious with stunning views, an incredible house reef, and few mosquitoes or flies. The cool breeze keeps it from getting too hot, and it’s conveniently close to dive schools - which is easily arranged through Frances. His family is very nice as well. We will definitely come back here!

Waisai pickup was ontime and they were able to answer my questions by WhatsApp before our stay. Homestay itself  is professionaly run by Tina ( she speaks little English) and Ronald (he speaks English). Each hut has own bathroom with proper shower and western toilet, mirror as well. There is only cold water but during sunny day it can become hot - good for shaving. Huts are spacious plus you have veranda with hammock, 2 chairs and table. Tina prepares nice 3 meals per day switching between sweet breakfast of different kind and fish or chicken for dinner and lunch. Tina clean all area regularly even all rubbish hight tide brings, so whole area looks nice. Rised beds are ok, good quality mosquito net is there too. But in February here was only few mosquitos. No rats or mouses during our stay. Best coral just infront of bungalow - you can either access it from nearby jetty Yenkoranu (there are steps to see level) and swim back abive coral reef 400m towards homestay or you can directly swim about 50m to reef edge from homestay. Entire northern Kri reef is wonderful, by my openion much better than Yenbuba jetty and Sauwandarek jetty area, these are overrated. Good water, tea, coffee and condensed sweet milk provided. Just next homestay starts short 1km hike to viewpoint. Path is clearly marked by red dots. Starting the same path and turning right once uphill will lead you during high tide close to small Ransiwor island and from there you can easily swim to Yenbuba jetty (or walk during low tide) - during low tide you can walk entire path around beach to Yenbuba...  Please mind this is not resort, huts are simple but new. No towels provided and you have to ask for bed linen if you want to cover yourself. Sheets are ok. Toilet paper provided. Book your trip in advance if you want to go somewhere as some days nobody is present during day you can talk to about trip. 

We enjoyed our stay at Amfriwen. The bungalow was clean, had a fan, a mosquito net and a little shelf space. The veranda and the view were amazing. The bathroom was outside and for us one of the better facilities during our stay in Raja ampat. The food was very simple but always enough. We enjoyed our stay and say thank you to the lovely family.

Closeness to nature, which is still unspoiled. Lots of birds, fishes and ofcourse the marine life that is easy accessible from PapuArts Alter Native Stay. Family feeling; easily to feel at home with this lovely family of four (Helga, Timon and their 2 beautiful young daughters who love to make friends). Oh, and I forgot their two sweet dogs Ringo & Dingo 🐾🐾 Owners are very helpful and speak several languages so easy to communicate with them. Internet is sometimes a bit unstable so take that into account when expecting speedy replies (sometimes it just doesn’t work and patience is a good thing to have). The food - home style cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked by the owner and her team and she is a great cook; we loved every meal which was perfectly catered to our vegetarian / pescatarian wishes) The rooms are close to nature as well, with very comfy beds (we stayed in both the smaller and the biggest family room, which easily fits 3 respectively 4 people; the 3rd bed in the smaller room has a wonderful treehouse feeling and there is a bunkbed in the biggest room). Hard to capture the beauty of the rooms in just one picture (I took several but could only post one here with my review). You can hear the sea and birds from your bedroom. It’s right next to you. No frills, just natural materials, which we loved. Also no warm water, but easily to get used to. There’s a shower and mandi style shower. Also your own toilet. Plus the blue blue sea right at your doorstep and a lovely sitting area with a hammock to complete the zen-feeling. There’s a long jetty into the sea with a perfect spot for exercise/meditation/yoga at the end. Fitness with a view! It’s quiet and feels very private. You instantly feel relaxed here. Different excursions to choose from, both on land and on/under the sea. Please note: these come at an extra cost and Raja Ampat area is not cheap!!!! Absolutely beautiful and quiet place, great location, delicious food, and amazing snorkeling trips! Family is very kind, friendly and helpful. Bungalows are spacious and clean with large terraces. Blacktip sharks are frequent visitors, especially earlier in the morning. And there is a great sunset deck (also a spot with the best signal). I would definitely recommend this place!

We spent over a week at Amoryg and had an unforgettable experience. What we loved the most: - The stunning, secluded location at the far end of Pulau Mansuar, offering a true escape from everyday life. - The incredible coral reefs just steps away from the lovely beach — perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts (sometimes stronger current but perfect for drifts) - The exceptionally kind and helpful staff, always ready to listen to any wishes or feedback and ensure a great stay. - Delicious food that catered to individual preferences, including vegetarian options, which was a real plus. - The fantastic diving experience with Vandy, an experienced, knowledgeable, and attentive dive guide, and his great team. - It was inspiring to see a place like this owned and managed by locals, creating a unique and authentic atmosphere. This is an ideal spot for travelers looking for a family-like, locally-run experience. Flexibility and understanding are key, as local conditions such as weather, fuel supplies, or occasional generator issues can arise. It's also important to note that the desalination plant might not fully meet water demands at all times, but rainwater is available upon request. For us, this was the perfect getaway, and we would absolutely love to return one day. Highly recommended!
