The view and the location are amazing. The fact that we can see the mountains from one window, the ocean from another and it is also a perfect spot to see the Northern Lights make it unbeliably lovely. 10/10, would come back to it anytime!

We liked everything, starting from very kind and nice owners who welcome us. The facilities was very nice, comfortable, clean. You can find there everything what you need, and even more. The location is very good, as the town is not big.

Lovely new apartment, very tidy and comfortable. Host left us some wee treats and fruit on arrival which was wonderful. Check in was very easy with great information and photos showing us where to go. Washer dryer a real help, lots of space for storage.

Beautifully placed house outside the city but very close to Reykiavik. Apartment was very nicely decorated with a comfortable kitchen. Very spacious, nice views, very clean and comfortable beds. You have to try breakfast - it's deliciuious! Home made warm bread, pancakes or cake, freshly cooked eggs, good quality cheese and ham, jam - everything served sooo nicely 🩷

The apartment was so big, beautiful and cozy that we were really sad to leave. We had a really nice and quiet stay. The position Is perfect to visit Reykjavik or to proceed towards Snaefellness.

The place was awesome at every level: comfortable, warm, clean, organised. The views were incredible and there were ample options to enjoy the icelandic countryside. With all that being said, the real magic was feeling Ragnheiður's love for her horses and amazing dog. I had the priviledge of brushing two sweet horses and I had no idea how relaxing it was. I would definitely go back. In fact, it was a huge mistake to only stay for one night. As far as location goes, it's very conveniently located to get to Reykjavik in half an hour (give or take) or the Snaelfesness peninsula. But don't make the same mistake I did: stay for more than one day and enjoy all of the magic of the place and the energy that you can almost touch, the love for the animals and the icelandic countryside. Missing it since I drove away!
