We loved everything! We walked there from a bus all cold, and it was the cosiest, most welcoming and magical place I've ever stayed! Beautiful homely decorations inside, lots of wood details, and vintage lamps and art. We could cook easily, and had a great walk up part of Esja. The nature is so beautiful! I saw the northern lights and the stars. Bathroom facilities were spacious and warm too. We all slept so well! Hosts were really friendly and welcoming.

Beautifully designed apartment. Very comfortable. Felt very welcome with fruit and chocolate and all the basics and more. It was also nice we could leave our left overs behind (wine) We could even use the washing machine and dryer.

We had a very joyful stay in Namshestar. The flat has a great view over the fjord to the Esja mountain. Everything was very clean and with cozy inventory. Also Ragnheidur is a very pleasant and kind host, always available and helping at any time (even with preparing a delicious birthday surprise for my girlfriend :)). It was simply the perfect start for our holidays in Iceland...
