The view out onto the lake is exceptional - just open the front window in the morning to watch the ducks and geese arrive while the fisherman chat and prepare their nets. The apartment is very well appointed and ideally suited for a couple wanting to enjoy genuine Italian life in a simple village without too many tourists. Parking is free and not far from the apartment.The WiFi is adequate for email and simple tasks.The host is very helpful and can suggest plenty of itineraries for visiting the surrounding area. This was our second stay in this apartment and we thoroughly recommend it.

Antonella met us warmly and welcomed us to the property. She took us through, showed us how lights, stove etc worked, talked about the history of the house, local area and gave us some tips about local restaurants. The property is beautiful. After a long journey from Australia with our dog, we wanted somewhere relaxing to unwind and this was the best place we could have imaged. It's surrounded by forest, the lake is at the end of the backyard, it's 20 minutes from Viterbo and 10 minutes from Ronciglione, two lovely medieval villages. We were able to have our dog with us and he loved the space to run around.
