From the warming welcome, the property nicely equipped so you could buy your food in the supermarket and repare your meals at the stay, to the beautiful garden and of course the little beach front with the port where you could see the beautiful sunsets or swim and also take a kayak and got adventurous into the sea. Everything that you need its there actually, its pretty much on you, in what you are looking for. The staff is very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful, also the owner are really humble and welcoming If i ever come back to moorea i will look forward to be back to this stay

We loved staying at Residence Vainau Moorea! Kihi (the host) was so friendly and always helped us with every single question we had. Our little Bungalow was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, you can watch the sunset at the little bay near the Residence. We really appreciated our time there and if we ever come back to Moorea we will stay here again!

First of all - the host is lovely. It’s a spacious apartment with garden only few steps away from the lagoon. This is the cleanest place we have ever visited. Free kayaks and parking. Absolutely recommended :-)

This is a truly lovely property located in a beautiful area of Moorea surrounded by upmarket homes. The owner, Harold, is a true gem who goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is perfect! The bungalow is equipped with everything you could need and the extra touches, like a clothes hanging rack, shampoo and conditioner, a proper oven, a fan in addition to the air conditioner, and even kayaks to use are what sets this property apart. The location is perfect - a 1 minute walk to the local and well stocked store to pick up your baguette or croissant, a short walk to the beach or access with the kayaks via the canal, and in an area with local snack bars and activities near by. Firstly, I wanna say a big Thank you to our host that helped us with everything: rent a car, airport transportation, restaurant bookings etc ! The villa is facing the ocean, has a beautiful pool and sun loungers area. You have access to a shared kitchen and an outside dining area. We used the kayaks daily and saw beautiful corals and colorful fish in front of the villa. The room was super clean and we had everything we needed. They offer great value for money, especially considering we are talking about French Polynesia. We even got all sort of morning treats (donuts, croissants, pancakes) even though they don’t offer breakfast on site. Thank you again, totally recommend if you need a base to explore for a longer stay on the Island.

Highly recommend this cosy guesthouse, felt like a home away from home. Everything was great, very clean and well equipped. Nice meeting and chatting to the other guests there. Very close to the whale departure meeting point.

The breakfast was very adequate . Plenty of food and fresh fruit and bread . The location could not have been better . It is quiet , private and with the best view and lovely swimming off the beach .Kayaks also provided. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful

The view is amazing! The place is quiet! I slept with the door open facing the sea! The people were very polite and helpful! The manager was very kind. I stayed for 5 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time staying at Haere Mai I te Fare. The owners and their daughters were fantastic hosts, very helpful. They booked a boat tour for us and provided suggestions for places to visit. The breakfast was varied and large, especially, great selection of jams, preserves, bread and pastries as well as eggs (you need to pay extra but it was definitely worth it). Sunday breakfast was even more plentiful with poisson cru and several cooked meats. We also got dinner there one night which was great as well. If we ever come back to Moorea, we would definitely stay here!
