The room was clean and big enough for three of us (2 adults and a 5 year old kid). The facility was more than enough. You can cook basic food there. The location is quite in the city center. You can go to the main sightseeing spots by walk. The staff was super helpful and flexible. It was value for the cost. I will for sure come back to this hotel next time if I have a chance to visit Istanbul.

As the other hotel I stayed at was full, I booked at Royan Suites at the last minute, and boy I was not disappointed and wished I has stayed her the entire 4 days I was in Istanbul. The hotel staff (Gem, Ayesha and the rest) really made us feel comfortable. The hotel/rooms are modern, Internet is fast and the corridors smell fresh, the beds are comfortable and the basket of fruit in the room/coffee machine are perfect - this is surely going to be my hotel of choice when I visit next, and surely going to recommend to Family and Friends. Breakfast prepared by Ayesha is yummy and the presentation and freshness of the ingredients gets you perked to tackle the day ahead of you. The Location is central and walking distance to the main tourist attractions, the area is safe and even walking back at 1am was comfortable. A BIG THANK YOU to Royan Suites Team.
