This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

This was a very nice place to stay - comfortable bed, lovely breakfast & perfectly situated near the town, lake & train station. The hosts could not have been more helpful too.

Apartment via San Carlo in Muralto-Locarno, a property with a terrace, is set in Muralto, 6.2 km from Golfclub Patriziale Ascona, 36 km from Lugano Station, as well as 38 km from Exhibition Center... Great welcome. Well located and quiet. Secure parking meant we didn’t have to worry about the car. It was hot so we were apprehensive for the fans in each room. Very clean and had everything we needed. 10 minute walk to the lake and perfect swimming spot.

Tomaso is an amazing host. Whatever I needed, he was reachable via phone and stayed in communication with us throughout all of our stay. The rooms were lovely and the apartment is equipped withe everything you can think of.
