Perfect location for us, near town but quiet and peaceful. The views from our balcony were great, and the apartment was so well equipped. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was big, comfortable for all of our family (7 people). It is 5 minutes walk to the lake and to the slides, rope park and lift. The staff was very nice. You can do your laundry at the reception (extra charge).

We stayed at an apartment with lake view and it was amazing with great views. Modern, comfy with well equipped kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the heart of Lipno nad vltavu but it was also very quiet at the same time. Many hiking options around, bikeways along the lake and beautiful nature to explore and also restaurants and grocery stores. We would love to go back.

There is nothing remotely bad I could say about this accommodation. The house is in great location, it is immaculately clean, modern, comfy and obviously everything has been thought through to the last detail. We had the room on the top floor which was very large with two double beds for us and kids and curtain separation in the middle. The kitchen is small but adequate and the balcony must have the best view of Cesky Krumlov around. We even heard the opera from theatre by the castle while enjoying wine on the balcony. It is about 15 minutes walk to the town which was no effort at all with our 3 and 6 year old. We are already planning our next stay at this property.

Good communication with the host.The town is very charming and a good starting point for exploring the area. Definitely recommend!
