They are attentive, responsive, and truly pleasant people. They handle any questions related to tourism around Gili professionally and with care. It was also wonderful to see how much effort they put into maintaining the beach, the tables, and creating a welcoming space for guests. The restaurant is outstanding. The chef prepares a fantastic tuna steak, easily one of the best we have ever had. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and served with great attention to detail. The place itself feels like paradise: a beautiful beach with soft sand, stunning sea views, and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely a spot we would love to return to again and again. Situated within 600 metres of North East Beach and 700 metres of Turtle Conservation Gili Trawangan, Casa Kapuas features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Gili Trawangan. This place was amazing! Such an amazing vibe thanks to Tan, Marco, and Deka. I stayed at a few hotels in Bali, but hands down this place was the most memorable. Had a great time just hanging out at the bar having Bintangs and great tasting coffee. It was my first time showering outside and it was so refreshing. The room was clean and the AC was perfect. Also the pool was nice and clean. Overall an awesome experience and definitely my favorite place throughout my 2 week vacation. Most definitely recommend Casa Kapuas!

Location was excellent, staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to every need . villa was beautiful, laundry services available , breakfast included which was good. Plenty of hot water and air con worked well

Set in Selong Belanak, Pandan Villas offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. We loved everything, the place is amazing! Two bedrooms, a private pool, and plenty of space to relax. A special shout-out to Jo, the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed. I 100% recommend staying here, and if I ever come back to Lombok, I wouldn’t think twice about returning!
