The room was so large. The swimming pool was very close to room. The personel was so kind. Thanks for everthing. That was beyond my expectation.

This villa is in an excellent location within a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities, including a kitchen and ample dining space, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner is responsive to messages sent through the booking portal. A quality breakfast is provided by Nisha, who serves it with warmth and kindness, always wearing a happy and pleasant smile. Talalla Beach is about a 12-minute walk away along a relatively quiet street. Compared to other beaches on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, it is less crowded, making it a peaceful spot to relax.

Located in Hiriketiya and only 2.1 km from Hiriketiya Beach, Jungle Escape Hiriketiya provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Stayed here 2 days. Wish we stayed longer. The location is amazing, quiet but very close to the beach. The room is very spacious and very nice. The outdoor bathroom was the biggest selling point. The lady that owns it is SUPER nice.

Situated in Dickwella, a few steps from Batheegama Beach, King CoCo House has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. Beautiful house with local architectural details like wooden windows and wooden terrace fencing. The village of Batigama is also very authentic - there are almost no large or even medium-sized hotels, just small houses where local people live and also other small guesthouses. At the same time the guesthouse is very near to the main road that connects all the resorts on the southern coast. The best beaches in the area are Turtle beach in 5 minutes walk (good for relaxation and turtle watching) and Hiriketiya beach which is 3 km away and has bigger waves and surf lifestyle vibe. The family who owns the house is very nice. They make delicious breakfasts and also can help with useful information, such as public transport schedule or facilities in the village. The owners also have a dog that is super cute and friendly!

Set within 400 metres of Madiha Beach and 32 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole, Surf Lodge Madiha offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Matara. The Surf Lodge is beautifully decorated with a lot of love and taste. It offers amazing breakfast and a direct access to the beach. It is managed by the super kind Che who was always very attentive to help us organize a few things around the area. What we particularly loved about the hotel (apart from the amazing spacious rooms and the delicious (vegetarian) food) was that it is Che’s family home and has such a friendly and calming vibe :) it’s only a short walk to local restaurants and bars and Madiha’s main beach is also only a few minutes away. Absolutely LOVELY staff. We appreciated their kindness and generosity so much. They went out of our way to make our stay in Matara lovely. The room is extremely affordable and has all you need as a budget traveller!

Offering a garden and garden view, Cashew Villa Hiriketiya is situated in Hiriketiya, 100 metres from Hiriketiya Beach and 5.1 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole. This place is SOO lovely. Feels like a slice of luxury for the price. High ceilings, super spaces villas, felt like a real nice homely spot. So clean, comfortable and stylish. Just 5 mins to the beach and some nice local spots to eat at near by. Would 100% recommend this spot. Family and owner were really lovely and attentive but offer space and privacy as well Also the WiFi is the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far! Thanks so much!

Situated just 1.3 km from Abimanagama Beach, Freedom192 features accommodation in Weligama with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Nature was amazing, you could see animals in the garden, it was quiet, close to the jungle beach and kitchen was very well equipped. WiFi has good speed, close to the kitchen

Parasol dore is a recently renovated guest house in Dickwella, where guests can take a dip in its infinity pool and make the most of its free WiFi, private beach area and water sports facilities. A stylish, comfortable and luxurious stay. This place is so special and you can see the love and care that went into this villa. Our room was spacious and looking out to the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away from the bedroom constertina doors that open completely. I loved the botique shop on the property with beautiful designer clothes. Lovely hosts and a really comfortable stay! There is also a beach nearby where you can swim with turtles!
