The hotel is quietly located & the rooms are clean and spaceous. Everything you need is provided, there is a small fridge aswell. They maybe don’t appear as “new” but the room is comfortable and really clean! I think the best we’ve had in Philippines so far. They help you with activities and offer motorbike rental too.

They even took me out to a local bar after hours and it made my time extra special. I am totally coming back with my family next summer.

Boasting a private beach area, garden and views of sea, Sambag Hideaway Bungalows is situated in Moalboal, 25 km from Kawasan Falls. This place was absolutely amazing getaway in Phillipines!! It was so clean, tranquil and relaxing! it didn't have any unwanted noise at night, room had sufficient ventilation and natural light. it really felt like a gem find in the Philippines! Location-wise, it's around a 10-minute scooter ride to local or the tourist town. which is the golden ticket for a tranquil experience! You would need a scooter if staying at this property, as it's not on the main road stretch. A small stretch of road leading to the property is a bit bumpy, but let's be real, most of the local roads are! So, please don't get tricked, as this is no different. staff were absolutely amazing in this place and helpful at each step. check-in and check-out procedures were very easy, even if we traveled at very awkward times (late evening and early morning). Very clean and renovated This accommodation is just a few steps from the water, where you can snorkel and swim! it's not a sandy beach, so make sure to bring your water shoes. they also have all equipment for rent, if needed. to be honest, the beach at this property was much better than the one in town, as it was private and had very clear water. I was able to spot starfish, sea urchins, and fish. We were also able to drive to Kawasan Waterfalls with the scooter (took around 40-60 minutes one way from this property). a really worthwhile journey to take (make sure to leave early to avoid crows, open hours are 5 am-3 pm)! If making the journey yourself, don't go directly into the waterfall to find the guide, instead, you need to make sure to stop at one of the stalls prior to the waterfall (I recommend the one in front of 7-11) and get a guide from there. if you arrive at the waterfall, you can visit only level 1, but not canyoneering. this property also offers tours to Kawasan Waterfalls if you prefer a group experience.

Astillo's Guest Houses in Moalboal provides adults-only accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a shared lounge. Theo is a great host and the staff was extremely friendly! they also provided us with a transfer from the airport. Еverything was extremely clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful! Scooters are available for rent. Everything was perfect and we would love to visit this place again. Greetings! :)

Featuring a garden, Kathleens Vacation Place is located in Moalboal in the Visayas region, 25 km from Santo Nino Church. The 1-star apartment features garden views and is 21 km from Kawasan Falls. Kathleen was an awesome host! She made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with our canyoneering tour and information about the area. She’s amazing—always ready to help! I accidentally left a few things behind, and she went out of her way to ship them back to me. The place was super quiet, comfortable, and incredibly affordable.

Located in Moalboal, 300 metres from Panagsama Beach, Roos Guesthouse has a garden and a terrace. It also features a a bar and a seating/lounge area. Wonderful guesthouse! So very much worth the price! Such a great service and kindness of the staff! We got a welcome soft drink and explanations of the activities to do around. The accommodation was very clean. Hand soap and shower soap available. The breakfast is included and you can take it with no time limit! You have different choices and it is sooo delicious! My girlfriend had the best fried eggs ever. Coffea and tea for free all the time. They do the laundry at the hostel. The scooter we rented through the guesthouse was in good shape and good price. There was a handbook with explanations of how exactly to go to the next stop (ex: Siquijor) with durations and prices.
