I really enjoyed my stay at Voco The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole hotel had such a fresh and relaxing vibe. Big thanks to Sameer, Awais, Gopi, Hussein (hope I got the name right, he was at reception and gave us a wonderful welcome), and the pool and beach team for their kindness and great service. This is an amazing hotel - and I’ve been to thousands. It’s rated as a 3 star but it’s a 5 star quality and facilities - they just don’t offer some services like laundry and valet but the hotel design, quality, pool, outdoor lounges, and the private beach, are seriously hard to beat. I was very happily surprised when I arrived. The staff are also fantastic. as Dubai is, service-mindedness is world-class and this hotel is no exception.
