I was here to watch the Europa Cup women's slalom races in mid-January. I was welcomed warmly and treated so very nicely. I was traveling alone (meeting up with friends at the races), so I appreciated the warmth and professional treatment by all staff. Especially kind were the front desk attendant and the dining room attendants named Dragana and Nikolina. The exercise room and saunas were spot clean and fresh, with ample towels, showers and changing rooms. The attendant explained all the areas to me. My room had a most splendid view of the lake with the mountain backdrop. It was a short walk to the bottom of the racing location. Breakfast and coffee (cappuccino/espresso) was very good, many choices. `

The hotel is splendid. When one enters the foyer it is as if they have gone back in time. The service is to perfection, anything one might need is just a question away, often times just a glance away. The interior is very opulent, reminiscing of the Belle Epoque. Dining at the Belvedere restaurant is a gastronomic and an aesthetic experience, with French cuisine and a 180 degrees vista of Lake Zell. Definitely worth a visit!

Beautifully designed hotel with a great natural pool and other wellness facilities. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Second time we've stayed here and it didn't disappoint.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Very kind hosts that welcomed us. They were easy to contact before and during our stay, they know the area well. We stayed in the Family appartment which was spacious and clean and had mountain views from the windows and from a balcony. There were two badrooms with showers and three toilets, a large family kitchen and a living aera. We enjoyed it very much.

Apartment in the very center of a small and cozy town: across the street is a bakery that is open from 6 in the morning, next to a small grocery store. With a car, you can quickly reach ski resorts (Kapruna, Zell am see, etc.). The apartment is large and very conveniently arranged: on one side of the corridor there are 2 bedrooms, and on the other - a kitchen, a bathroom with WC. The kitchen has everything to make you feel at home: dishwasher, oven, teapot, coffee machine. There is coffee, tea, salt, sugar, etc. The apartment exceeded expectations, and especially the excellent and hospitable host, who had answers to all questions. In addition, Alpine chocolate awaits us in the kitchen. Highly recommend and hope to return.
