Such a lovely place, a large comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Sally, the owner, was so friendly and helpful! Picnic Bay has some great spots for food including a beer microbrewery.

Fantastic motel and great for families/friend groups. We were a group of 8 staying in two family rooms, which was more than enough space. Pleasantly surprised about the ocean view from balcony, and staff were super accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

It completley exceeded our expectations. We got there at around 11 p.m. and we could easily get into our tent thanks to Barb's instructions. The tent was really beautiful, clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back if we happen to be around Magnetic Island again.

Great location - kids playground right outside which was ideal for allowing parents to relax/get organised at the house whilst kids were playing. Bus stop right outside very handy too. Easy walk along the beach to Nomads for sundowner drinks! Layout of the house was also great for 2 families with all bedrooms upstairs - very easy having 4 kids sleep in the queen double bunk room too. Being right next to one of the main island wallaby hang outs was also a highlight for the kids and enabled easy morning and evening feeding sessions!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Magnetic Glamping and we would definitely stay here again. Checking in was a breeze, the rooms were very comfortable and tidy, and its location was nice and convenient, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and other shops.

Very close to the Ferry Terminal. Accessible to catch buses to travel around the Island and it was a very quiet spot.
