Very friendly people, beatifully decorated hotel, on the beach. Quiet, good food, you cannot ask for more.

I really recommend this villa for a stay in Baku, the place was spotless, the hosts were super friendly, the villa is beautiful inside out, great stay overall.

Very fast communication, nice hosts, gave possibility of early check in and later check out. I could use pool even I have checked out because host let me keep the bracelet little longer. Host gave me a discount card for restaurants in the area. There are 3 pools - from what I used at least - 2 in front of the sea and one just for Lighthouse 1 right in front of the building. With the bracelet you can also go to beach and take bed and towels. The view from the apartment is beyond amazing - you can also watch sunset - the sun goes down from this side. I would say this apartment exceeded my expectations and the owners are very nice people. Recommended them even to my family!

We stayed at Old City Nizami apartment for 3 nights. We had a great experience thanks to the host, who took us from the airport and arranged an excursion to Gobustan and transfer to another hotel near the Caspian Sea. The location of the apartment is excellent - close to the old city. It is spacious, clean and cosy. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are supermarkets nearby.

I had a great stay here. The place is rough around the edges but it’s nice. The guy let me in at 5 in the morning with a smile on his face and welcomed me. The place itself isn’t that fancy, but has everything you need, and for the price it’s great. Breakfast was basic but good

Firstly I want to summarize in one single word, it's "AMAZING". We landed at Baku Airport at midnight and we had Mr. EMIL waiting for us at the airport with a name plate. He was an extraordinary person. He showed us around places on the way to the hotel. This helped us plan our next days. He was very warm person and stopped at 24/7 supermarket to pick up a few essentials. Also because the restaurant at hotel was closed for the night, he took us to a doner shop at midnight to fill our tummies. The next day morning we got a lavish breakfast spread sent to our room itself as we were very tired. It was very delicious. Although they have a same menu for breakfast everyday, they made sure to alter the spread to our likings and we were not bored for the 7 days. All the Staff are very friendly and helping. They speak English which is very helpful. Erikin, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We visited from January 17th 2025 to January 24th 2025, I want go back to this place in summer. Other 5star services: ***** Rooms: massive rooms with balcony. With Heater and AC ***** Bathroom : huge washroom with bathtub. Well heated bathrooms, very necessary as we visited in winter. ***** complimentary wine ***** Hammam ***** hospitality : Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. They have English speaking staff which is an advantage. They help you with your day tour bookings, airport transfers and anything you need ***** location : Its located at a very serene location, no traffic, sea view and very close from the city center, but if u book hotels at the city center u will find a lot of traffic congestion and noisy always. ***** Heater/ Ac : They have very good AC and heater ***** Food : We tried pizzas which was mouth watering. The chef listens to your needs and tastes very carefully and make it specially curated for you.
