From check in, to all the snacks and drinks, and most importantly the nicest and most helpful staff, it was great. The pools are nice, as is the beach club with the cove and separate beautiful beach. The food was high quality, and while overall pricey throughout the island, found it to be worth it. The proximity to Hamilton, the staff and the amenities will have me coming back to the Hamilton Princess the next time I’m in Bermuda.Guest review byNicholasYoung couple

The location of the Hamilton Princess was perfect; in the town of Hamilton, close to the ferry dock, restaurants and shops and central on the island for trips to the north or south end. The staff were all fabulous - helpful, friendly and efficient. We had no problem with the added daily gratuity of $39 on the room charge or the 17% added everywhere. The food was ok, regular big hotel fare, except at Intrepid, which was fabulous.Guest review byJillFamily with young children
