I want to say that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the villa . Perfect villa..location by the lake with access to the lake ...garden and parking. High level of privacy. Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The villa contains all the necessary equipment Large spacious rooms Several showers and toilets Comfortable beds Kitchen with all equipment TV washing machine everything The villa is located in a small village Everything is accessible and close to attractions This is the most beautiful villa we have ever lived in I would love to come back again on future trips to Switzerland. A very wonderful hotel, the staff are all wonderful, without exception, and the owner of the place is beautiful in appearance and manners. I booked on the wrong date on another day and she tried to help us and helped us get in early and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast is wonderful and the view is amazing. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place and I will definitely come back again.

The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!

The place has a kitchen, also near restaurants and groceries. The host is very friendly and have helped us with our luggages. Both Interlaken Ost and West Hauptbahnhof were walking distance.
