Everything was very good except breakfast, which was exceptionally very good :) You may say nothing special, just good simple Scandinavian-style hotel, but for me one of the best hotels I've ever been.

This hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Holbæk Station. It offers a fjord-view restaurant, free WiFi and free parking. The individually designed rooms feature a TV and private bathroom.

The location was very convenient as we were visiting family for a wedding in Lejre. It was also close to the Viking Village and Roskilde where we visited the Cathedral and the Viking Ship museum. It was not far from Lejre train station where there is free parking and a train direct into Copenhagen. The Summerhouse was lovely and had everything needed, a real home from home.
