Hotel is old but I’m good repair, all areas was well maintained, our Concierge Jose is an excellent guy, the beach is clean but with rocks, and different options to eat and food was really worth it.

This place is heaven on Earth! We had amazing time. Room is very spacious, super clean with breathtaking view and huge terrace with pool. Stuff was super nice, food was amazing and they offer various activities and facilities. We are definitely coming back.

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing.
