I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every need. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, with all requests handled promptly and with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I was also impressed by the quality of the food – the breakfast spread was delicious, and the in-house restaurant offered fantastic options for lunch and dinner. The location is another highlight – perfectly situated for easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport links. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it offers a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

All the staff are professional, proactive and friendly especially the manager Sayed Ibrahim who provided 5 stars service! He sent a welcome message and all the details of the hotel before we check in and follow up all the time! He booked every program for me and showed me how to use the hotel’s APP.The room is modern, the food is excellent especially the golden lounge restaurant! Many facilities, dancing and yoga class , night shows, you would never be bored inside the resort! Highly recommend!!

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Impression is from the very first minute top level. Everything is new, fresh and clean. I would recommend the all inclusive. It gives great value if you plan to eat 3 meals or more per day. Also Saad in the front desk made an extra effort to make the stay as good as possible, many thanks.

    The resort was extremely welcoming from the beginning to the end of our stay. The lobby was very clean and fancy, staff exceeded my expectations. The meals are outstanding with a variety of resturants to choose from. Our room had a amazing beach view and the private beach was amazing. The waterparks were also very amazing and the shows and entirtainment after dinner was great.

Additionally, the all-inclusive package provides a wide selection of dining options. The staff was amazing! They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.     Great price, great location, 10 minutes walk to a fixed price super market (which is amazing after the gouging we experienced throughout Egypt). Pool is good. Right on the beach with sun beds and umbrellas. We had a second floor balcony room with ocean views, which is lovely. Biggest positive of the property is the owner and staff, who seemed genuinely nice, without a constant pressure to tip. The owner was very accommodating to our requests, which we certainly appreciated.
