Very modern and nice Ressort, friendly personal and option for diving

The thing I enjoyed the most is the warmth of the staff, they're so welcoming and polite, they make you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. The food is awesome and tasty and there's a wide variety of items that change every day. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The Entertainment / Animation team makes an outstanding job with very warm atmosphere!

Sands was my first time on an all-inclusive resort! If you need to rest, not take care of anything and just enjoy the sun, this is the place! I have travelled solo and wasn't sure how I would feel as a lady solo traveller around this destination! Port Ghalib is a great choice as it is a tiny little city around a marina, mainly with tourism units. It is great if you looking for quiet holiday! (nothing like Sharm Al Sheik, thankfully!) All staff was amazing! My room attendant was very welcoming and helpful! The pool bar staff were amazing, every morning welcoming and making me feel at home! Thanks to Ali at the snorkelling pier, to Mohamed that helped me with my luggage and had a friendly smile always on, Barbara for making my Birthday special by arranging dinner and a lovely surprise cake with the staff singing me Happy Birthday! It was a fantastic stay!! I loved it and I will definitely come back! The buffet food was diverse and tasty! You won't get bored even if you stay 2 weeks! Besides, there are different restaurants you can choose from too! The facilities were always tidy! There are activities at different times (pool games, yoga, etc). The reef is unbelievably beautiful with lots of colourful fishes and if you are lucky, sometimes early morning you can see dolphins around! The hotel does a fabulous work protecting their reef so pay attention to the rules on the beach! I asked for a quiet room far from the swimming pool and I was given a great spacious room ground floor facing the beach! It was the most beautiful experience to wake up every morning, open the room sliding door, walk 500m and watch the sunrise! Something I was fearful of in an all-inclusive was that people would be loud and drunk, but no, all guests were polite, reserved and quiet! As a plus, my stay was during the school holidays time so there were not many kids around. I totally loved it, totally see the point of all-inclusive resorts now and will for sure come back to Port Ghalib!

Everything was good, from the kindness of the staff to the excellent food and the beautiful and super clean location and the coral reef in front of it!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. The weather is perfect and the beach is very good. The food was yummy and the resturant has a very nice vipes. Perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Thank you all 🩵

Very beautiful accommodation and nice atmosphere

Beach - The beach was large, clean, and a lot of fun. It was rocky to enter at first but after a few meters, the ground was walkable (sandy). Additionally, they had a dock where one could jump to snorkel and see the red sea fishes. However, you don't need to snorkel to see the variety of fish. One could be sitting in the water a meter from the shore and be able to see yellow and purple fish. So beautiful! There was an option to arrange excursions if you walked up the stairs. Additionally, one could walk through the Jaz resorts and experience other shores if you liked, but we didn't feel the need to do that. Also, there is a swing above the beach that has the most amazing view of the water. Food - The main restaurant had a variety of food where everything was labeled accurately. During breakfast, the fresh honey selection was unbeatable (blackseed, mango, fig, etc.) with the French Toast. They also had diet jam which was rare for us to see at an Egyptian resort. Also, the cereal selection was wide. Coffee machines were reliable. The restaurant was open pretty late for dinner as well. The beach snack bar was amazing during lunch. I wish we would have gone there more during the off-hours to have their chicken shawarma sandwich. The grill at dinner was great. Rooms - Rooms were very spacious, well air-conditioned, had a TV and minifridge. We loved that each balcony had a drying rack for swimsuits. Drinks- While we only enjoyed non-alcoholic beverages, the bartenders were very quick in serving us and making good mocktails (mojitos). Keep in mind that the bar closes at midnight. Pools were clean and lit up at night. Entertainment – The Magic World by Jaz Entertainment group was phenomenal. Each night, there was some kind of entertainment. Our favorite show was the oriental one. Sitting in the sand, they had amazing fire performers, belly dancers, tanoura dancers, and a snake show. At the end, it was a mini dance party where Egyptian music was playing.
