The hotel is a little dated, but this isn't a negative as it really is amazing value for such a good location. Didn't have the breakfast, but saw other people's and it looked surprisingly good. A 2 minute walk to the beach, with chairs etc to bring to the beach. 1 minute away from many different places to have breakfast. Along the beachfront there are restaurants everywhere to choose from.
