Hotel Hanasaari is not far from Helsinki, yet it feels nice and secluded. We were there in winter and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The room was warm and comfortable. We were only there for one night and did not have time to use all of the facilities.

We stayed over the weekend and enjoyed the IGLUX right on the water. If was magical and very relaxing - we even spent the night in the igloo! The combined room and igloo experience meant that we did not have to give up any creature comfort, and could enjoy a bath and hot shower during our stay. Dinner at Meritorppa was delicious as was the hotel breakfast, which has a great selection of both hot and cold items.

Situated by an unspoilt beach in the Vuosaari district, this hotel is 20 minutes’ drive from central Helsinki. Its rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding forest or the Baltic Sea.
